First Truck Centre will not sell, trade, exchange or transfer customer e-mail and/or customer information to anyone outside the First Truck Centre organization under any circumstances, save only when the organization is in partnership with that customer and First Truck Centre, in providing a product or service to said customer. In addition this information will be shared, only when, that information is required to assist said organization to process, expedite or in any other way assist First Truck Centre and said customer in warranty, service, registration and/or customer satisfaction monitoring.
Under NO circumstances will First Truck Centre, sell, trade, distribute or share in any way, customer information to any organization, body, company, or person(s) that will use this information for solicitation, or advertising either for profit, non-profit or political/personal purposes.
First Truck Centre will endeavor to, protect and conceal all customer information that is shared with First Truck Centre by the customer, whether said customer is a sole proprietorship or corporate entity and furthermore, protect, under the Definitions Segment 1(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act, “business contact information” and “domestic” information.
