Opportunity:

  • Ability to work in a physical capacity including heavy lifting and using tools throughout the shift

Responsibilities:

The service advisor is the main point of contact for our customers whose vehicles are in for maintenance or repair. As the liaison between the technicians and our customers, the service advisor ensures our technicians have all relevant information from our customers and that our customers are informed about their vehicle’s progress. The service advisor ensures full-cycle quality service for our customers from drop off to pick up.

Skill Set:

  • Customer service focused with strong communication skills to document customer transactions
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once while providing excellent customer service
  • Proven record of following safety procedures, provincial/federal legislation, and company policies
  • Must be a motivated self-starter able to work in a fast paced, detailed, and process driven environment

Requirements:

  • BC Class 5 driver’s license

  • Pay rate ranges from $28.00-$37.68 per hour based on apprenticeship level

  • Uniform service, shift premiums, and driver’s license premiums
